With over 2,500 units acquired and nearly $1.4 billion in opportunities reviewed, we have a vast experience in multi-family real estate acquisition. While this is our core business, we will also consult with groups who need this expertise.
Partnership Review
We can review existing partnership structures and look for ways to increase their value. With over 500 partnership purchases of both general partner/managing member and limited partners, we are well versed creating effective, value added strategies.
