Auburn Manor (Rockford, IL) This five-building, 107-unit, family community offers studio, one, and two bedroom apartments

Finch Towers (Scranton, PA) Built in 1899 to house the International Correspondence School and later used as offices for the Hudson Coal Company, the building was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1974 and converted to apartments in the 1980's. Finch Towers now has 48 efficiency and one bedroom units. 

Knollcrest Manor (Sparta, TN)

This 50-unit, six-building, family community features one, two, and three bedroom apartments.

Parkview Manor (Union City, TN) This eight-building, fifty-unit, family community features 1, 2, 3, and 4 bedroom apartments.

Parsons Cove (Parsons, TN) Four buildings and 50 units make up this 

one and two bedroom, senior community.
