Troy Rambo is a Partner and founding member of Archer Lane. With over 30 years of experience in the affordable housing industry, Mr. Rambo served as the Chief Financial Officer at two of the top 50 affordable housing companies before founding Archer Lane.  Mr. Rambo is experienced in all aspects of the affordable housing business including property management, development, asset management and construction. Mr. Rambo also led the acquisition function, acquiring more than 2,500 affordable apartments in the Midwest while underwriting over 450 communities valued in excess of $1.6 billion. Prior to his CFO roles, Mr. Rambo was an audit manager with Ernst and Young.  

Mr. Rambo is a graduate of Capital University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting, and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of Ohio.  Mr. Rambo has also attended post graduate work at Chicago Booth School of Business, Harvard University and The Ohio State University.

Kent Rambo is a Partner and founding member of Archer Lane.  Mr. Rambo has served in corporate executive positions for more than 20 years including as the Chief Operating Officer of the Columbus Museum of Art and as Vice President of Marketing and Membership for a national consumer brand.

Mr. Rambo has a Master of Business Administration degree from the Ohio State University Fisher College of Business with a concentration in finance and marketing. Prior to receiving his MBA, he completed his undergraduate studies at Kenyon College, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Psychology.
